During graduate school, she taught Food Science labs to undergraduate students. "Truthful and not misleading. That is at the core of everything we do in labeling. In the, often, grey waters of regulatory compliance, this mantra keeps us grounded as to why we do what we do. Consumers deserve to be correctly informed so they can make the best decisions for themselves and their families. Build trust with your customers and they'll keep coming back." - Amy Summers
